Intellias flaghip project help across 9 countries, encouraging employees to choose sustainable transport—cycling, walking, carpooling, or public transit. Over the years, we’ve saved over 30 tons of CO₂ emissions, improved well-being, and strengthened our commitment to a greener future.

She Is Tech started as an internal community at Intellias – a space to support and empower women in technology. Today, it’s a global initiative connecting hundreds of women around the world. Through inspiring webinars, offline events, a dedicated podcast, a mentorship program, and the annual She Is Tech Conference, we champion gender equality and grow the next generation of women leaders in tech. What began as a small step is now a movement — and we’re only getting started.
