Intellias co-founder and CEO Vitaly Sedler has been driving our company’s success since its birth. He helped make Intellias one of the top IT brands in Ukraine.
In 2002, Vitaly founded Intellias along with Michael Puzrakov; we were one of the first Ukrainian DACH-oriented outsourcing companies. Ever since, Vitaly has been shaping our company’s business development strategy. Under his leadership, our company grew by 450% from 2014 to 2016 in terms of production capacity and range of technologies offered, making Intellias a home to talented engineering teams and a technology enabler for innovative businesses.
Executive Chairman & COO
Intellias co-founder Michael Puzrakov is responsible for the systematic approach to organization and management that has led our company to become one of the top IT employers in Ukraine. Thanks to Michael’s skills in leadership and governance, Intellias has grown into an all-star team of 2000 specialists.
Michael started focusing on organizational and business development, then shifted to focusing on operational management and corporate governance. He currently holds the positions of COO and Board Chair. As COO, Michael transforms business processes and optimizes management practices, two things that are key to Intellias’ growth.
Chief Delivery Officer
Andriy is a senior executive and software engineering expert who shapes Intellias strategy in delivery and technology management.
As of today, Andriy leads Intellias delivery organization with over 900 employees and more than 40 clients over the globe. The organization successfully delivers engineering services in big data, IoT, machine learning, SaaS/PaaS, mobile and embedded applications over a number of domains, including Automotive, LBS, Facility Management, eLearning, NLP, and FinTech.
Member of the Investment Board
Vasile is a Partner at Horizon Capital, a private equity fund manager with over $800 million under management and a minority investor in Intellias. Prior to joining Horizon Capital, Vasile was a Co-founder and CEO of Ovia Health, a leading digital health company in Boston, and before that, a Senior Manager with Philips and Consultant with Monitor Group (now part of Deloitte), both in Amsterdam.
Vasile has an MBA from Harvard Business School, with distinction, and an MSc and BSc in Public Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
President of North America
Michael Labate is a C-level executive, Board member and investor, helping private and publicly traded companies drive revenue growth in key vertical segments across regions. For the past 20 years, Mr. Labate has held various positions with global brands such as SAP, ABN AMRO, Motorola and others.
In his current role as President at Intellias, Mr. Labate is responsible for expanding new business operations in North America. Mr. Labate has an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
VP of Sales, Europe
With over 20 years of Europe-wide IT sales and business development experience, Mark is taking Intellias European business to the next level of growth by building a European sales team in the DACH region and exploring new market opportunities in the UK, Nordics, and Benelux.
Mark has established and led business teams selling into European core markets and has sold IT solutions across application, infrastructure, and BPO service lines. Prior to joining Intellias, Mark worked as a Business Development Director for HCL Technologies where he focused on selling niche software development skills and converting new business opportunities into revenue generating projects. Mark holds a BSc in the Philosophy of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
VP of Growth Enablement
Victor started his career as a software engineer but quickly realized that through technological innovation he could bring even more value to customers.
This idea led him from software engineering to building Research and Development department and, later, Products and Services department. After setting up these departments, Victor moved through Strategic Marketing to Business Development. In recent years, he has been responsible for some of the strategic initiatives as well as leading marketing, presales, and other growth enablement functions in the company.
Global Marketing Director
Solomiya provides strategic leadership and direction for Intellias marketing and communications initiatives across the company’s core geographies and verticals focusing on integrated, outcome-based campaigns. Having joined Intellias a few years after its inception, Solomiya orchestrated the company’s overall marketing transformation and shaped its global marketing reach that resulted in acquiring global technology innovators and Fortune 500 companies as Intellias clients.
Solomiya holds an MA in International Relations and a PhD in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies focusing on how digital contribution to GCC economies dramatically change the region’s landscape. Solomiya is also an award-winning author with two books and worked as a research fellow in the National Institute for Strategic Studies.
VP of Talent Management
Roman is an experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in IT recruitment, human resources, talent marketing, and workforce management. As VP of Talent Management at Intellias, Roman focuses on keeping human centricity as the company’s top priority and building a strong employer brand. He is responsible for strengthening the Intellias culture and spirit through recruiting, retention, talent development, performance management, reserve management, and compensation.
Prior to joining Intellias, Roman worked for several large IT service companies, leading talent sourcing and acquisition functions. Roman holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Key Account Director
Halyna is an established project and account manager who consolidates years of managerial experience in various business domains, developing, coaching, and leading teams to success. Her strong technical expertise and business background empower clients to conduct deep market analyses, optimize complex processes, and build competitive products.
As a Key Account Manager at Intellias, Halyna focuses on delivering value to clients through trustful communication, effective project management, and strategic product vision. Her passion for creating a collaborative team culture around project outcomes drives innovation and long-lasting business success for the Intellias clients. Halyna has an MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and an MA in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Ivan Franko National University.
VP of Technology
With more than 17 years of experience in IT, Roman Pavlyuk is an exceptional expert in IT consulting and advisory practices. Having leaded technological processes in world-renowned companies and delivered the high-value services for almost two decades, he is proficient in technologies and has expertise in product management and business analysis. Roman’s experience in driving transformation projects for US and Middle East clients as well as in leading large scale programs for emerging and enterprise markets will be very valuable for Intellias to reach the goal of becoming an advisory partner to its clients and associates. At present, Roman is holding the role of VP Technology at Intellias and leading the Technology Office unit focused on IT advisory and excellence.
Director of Talent Marketing, Communications & Impact
Oksana Chyvurina leads the company’s global employer brand and is responsible for external and internal corporate communications, establishing the company’s talent marketing strategy, and setting up corporate sustainability and EDI guidelines. She is a mental health advocate and is dedicated to women’s empowerment.
Before joining Intellias in 2019, Oksana worked as a сommunications and marketing consultant for nine years, helping businesses and nonprofits build their communication strategies, branding, marketing, public and government relations, crisis communications, and social responsibility.
Oksana holds a PhD from the Faculty of Philosophy at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
