With over 20 years of experience in design leadership, Bruno is deeply committed to inclusive design principles, infusing every project with this essential dimension. His expertise spans diverse industries including automotive, financial services and retail.
At Intellias, Bruno uses his expertise to shape product strategies and plan user-centric digital solutions focused on achieving business goals. In product design and experience design initiatives, Bruno is determined to leverage technology to build compelling software products that drive usability and customer engagement.
Before joining Intellias, Bruno honed his skills at consultancy companies such as BCG, Accenture, KPMG and Cognizant. In 2013, he co-founded Fjord São Paulo, building a dynamic team from scratch. His journey continued in London, where he optimized service and experience design at KPMG. He then aided BCG in Europe with developing the innovative BCG X offering. A graduate of Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Bruno holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration.

I’m a Product Strategist with over 20 years of experience, with a strong focus on strategically defining customer-centric products that bring the most value to the business and a diverse range of end users. I have experience in a wide range of industries, with expertise in Fintech and Retail, specifically in data-driven solutions, including B2B and B2C digital platforms, for more than 9 countries. Before joining IntelliJ’s, I spent time at In-house companies and BCG, supporting the development of their digital practice in LATAM and the European market, resulting in the “BCG X” offering.
