PMO Global Alliance (PMOGA), the world’s leading community of project management offices and project managers, has commended the work of the Intellias Project Management Office. The Intellias PMO took second place in the rating of project offices according to the PMI Ukraine Chapter and the international organization PMO Global Alliance (PMOGA).
There were two stages of evaluating project offices. During the first stage, a jury of 15 professional and independent experts assessed questionnaires that were anonymously filled out by applicant companies. The jury awarded points according to the following criteria: PMO path, customer service, best practices, innovation, creation and development of communities, value generation, and competence. Based on these points, the national jury determined the top three companies. During the second stage, an international jury joined in and evaluated the project offices of the three leaders.
We have an ecosystem that consists of process libraries, metrics, a system for evaluation and development of delivery managers, a project maturity assessment system, and continuous improvement of delivery process quality. This all helps Intellias to provide high-quality services and implement our strategy of moving up the value chain. The Intellias project management office has been demonstrating efficient and coordinated work for many years. Processes and automated instruments developed by the Intellias PMO are used to manage internal programs and projects for company partners. Using the IDEA (Intellias Delivery Excellence Accelerator) internal delivery framework, the company helps its clients build the best project practices. For example, automotive project teams use this framework as a basis for Automotive SPICE certification, allowing them to work with automotive market leaders.
