Barcelona, Spain — Nov 15, 2023 — Intellias, a global technology partner to Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations, was listed among the finalists of the renowned HRO Today Forum EMEA international award in the ‘Talent Acquisition Team of the Year Awards’ nomination. This nomination recognizes leaders and their teams for their innovative approach in talent management, including employer’s brand, hiring technologies, training development and employees’ engagement.
Nominees were announced at the HRO Today Forum EMEA in Barcelona, which united CEOs, vice presidents, HR executives and teams’ representatives.
During the event, the world’s leading HR experts discussed relevant issues, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI), the change of cultural norms, hybrid workplaces, ethical and legal questions related to AI, global market tendencies, etc.

The Intellias Talent Delivery team supports active business growth by hiring professionals with different tech specializations all over the world. Besides, the team consistently adopts innovative approaches, including EDI principles, into recruitment and talent management.
Since 2022 the team developed its own Talent Delivery Community, holding monthly sessions with the participants. The community’s main goal is to share knowledge and practical experiences. To date, over 100 participants have joined the community.
