Vitaly specializes in driving digital transformation, optimizing project delivery, and building high-impact PMOs. In the last decade, he has successfully implemented 20+ B2B and B2C software development projects within CRM, ERP and BI. His clients have ranged in size and maturity from startups to government institutions and product companies. 

As a PMP-, PMO-CP- and SAFe-certified IT professional, he plays a key role in developing PMOs at Intellias. He is highly focused on systematic improvement of the software development process, which is why he always strives to deliver measurable results, on time and on budget.  

Vitaly holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Engineering Institute of Zaporizhzhya National University.
