Lviv, Ukraine – 8 August 2025 – Intellias, a global software engineering and digital consulting company, has published its 2024 Sustainability Report, which demonstrates how the company aligns its sustainability practices with global standards — including the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and the UN Sustainable Development Goals — to ensure transparency for clients, partners, and stakeholders. The report was created in accordance with the GRI Standards and SASB Standards.

The Sustainability Report highlights areas of importance to Intellias and its stakeholders, including responsible business operations, environmental stewardship, equity and inclusion, employee well-being, and community engagement.

2024 was a year of both challenges and transformation. We didn’t just get through it – we chose to lead. The 2024 report presents key achievements across environmental, social, and governance dimensions, including:

  • Development of the company’s first ESG strategic initiative, aligning with international standards and stakeholder expectations
  • Strategic acquisitions of NorthLink Digital and C2 Solutions, expanding capabilities in healthtech and financial services
  • ESG-aligned client partnerships focused on reducing Scope 3 emissions and enabling green mobility
  • A two-level improvement in Intellias’s CDP climate score
  • Introduction of IntelliCopilot and the AI Engineering Productivity Cookbook, promoting ethical and efficient development
  • Launch of IntelliWell and She Is Tech Hub, strengthening care and inclusion for employees across 17 countries
  • More than a dozen employer brand and workplace culture awards, reaffirming Intellias’ reputation as a people-centered, globally recognized employer
