With 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Dmytro Gaisonok specializes in BSS/OSS solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise technology strategy. Over an impressive career spanning multiple continents, he has effectively managed and delivered complex solutions for global telecommunications providers.

As a TOGAF-certified Enterprise Architect, Dmytro has led numerous large-scale transformation programs, working with top-tier vendors like Oracle, Netcracker, Salesforce, Ericsson, and Amdocs. His expertise spans across all key BSS/OSS domains, including Customer Information Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance.
