Offline/Online Event

Join Intellias at the NDS Public Conference 2026 on October 15 in Gothenburg and online. The event will bring together experts from the automotive, map-data, and software industries to exchange practical NDS.Live use cases, technical developments, and perspectives on the future of navigation.

The program will cover topics including faster map updates, live data for automated driving, NDS.Live interoperability, AI-assisted development, certification, and the future NDS roadmap, with contributions from NDS, Volvo Cars, Qualcomm, Intellias, HERE, TomTom, and AAI.

As a member of the NDS Association since 2023, Intellias actively contributes to the NDS ecosystem and supports the practical adoption of standardized map-data technologies in automotive navigation.

Reducing Map Update Latency with Dynamic Feedback Integration and AI-Powered Map Scout

At the NDS conference, Olena Slieptsova, Principal Product Manager at Intellias, will present how dynamic feedback integration and AI-powered Map Scout can help reduce map-update latency and create a faster path from detected road changes to updated map versions.

Map Scout uses agentic AI to transform open-source information into structured, geolocated, and confidence-scored road events. The Map Feedback Service then validates these observations, resolves them against NDS map features and topology, and creates a new append-only map layer version. The updated map can then be distributed through the existing NDS.Live architecture without changing downstream vehicle integration.

Attendees will be able to learn more about:

  • AI-powered detection and structuring of road changes
  • Confidence-based validation of map observations
  • Mapping feedback to NDS.Live features and topology
  • Distribution of updated maps through existing NDS.Live services

Let’s meet in Gothenburg to discuss NDS.Live, automotive navigation, AI-powered mapping, dynamic map updates, map compilation, and next-generation location-based services.
