Intellias Joins AUTOSAR as Associate Partner

As an Associate Partner, Intellias will get access to AUTOSAR standard specifications and will receive the license to explore and use in projects

Intellias, a global technology enabler, and provider of software development services for the mobility industry has become an Associate Partner of AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture). AUTOSAR is an international partnership of automotive manufacturers and suppliers as well as companies from the electronics and software industries who work together to create open standards for software architectures in the automotive sector. As an Associate Partner, Intellias will get access to AUTOSAR standard specifications and will receive the license to explore and use in projects. The company will leverage these advantages in customer projects covering the whole embedded electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture of modern vehicles and safety-critical technologies such as autonomous driving and digital cockpit systems.

Cars of the present — and even more so, vehicles of the future — are inconceivable without software. This software needs to meet industry standards in terms of cyber security and functional safety, making it significantly complex. Rigid testing for functional safety and safety of the intended functionality (SOTIF) is required to assure compliance and reliable operations.

“The AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive Platforms have become an important industry-wide standard for embedded software projects that enable software-defined and highly automated vehicles,” explains Oleksandr Odukha, Vice President Automotive Delivery at Intellias. “Through our membership as Associated Partner, our customers can benefit both from our many years of experience in software engineering and our up-to-date AUTOSAR know-how, which will enable them to grow their AUTOSAR competencies and efficiently execute AUTOSAR projects.”

Intellias is a partner who brings in-depth expertise in software engineering that is needed to design secure and high-performing embedded software solutions. Our experts know how to develop future-proof software architectures and components and understand the engineering processes of the entire software cycle.

Leveraging both Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR Platforms and commercially available software stacks, Intellias has already implemented various AUTOSAR projects for its automotive customers.

AUTOSAR welcomes Intellias as an Associate Partner. Based on their hands-on experience working with both the Classic and Adaptive Platform, we are convinced there will be a mutual benefit of the partnership.
