Intellias will showcase Ukraine as the new destination for innovation at Ukraine House in Davos. Intellias will join the conversation about innovation in Data Science at the first-ever Ukraine House in Davos, powered by Organizers including UVCA, Western NIS Enterprise Fund, Victor Pinchuk Foundation, and Horizon Capital. Ukraine House will run a week-long series of meetups titled Ukraine: Creativity, Innovation, Opportunity. Both co-founders of Intellias, Vitaly Sedler and Michael Puzrakov, are attending this vibrant technology hub to showcase Ukraine to global economic leaders in business, politics, and civil society.

Entrepreneur and business leader Vitaly started his career in the mid-1990s by joining a small group of local IT industry pioneers.
He co-founded Intellias in 2002 and has grown the company from a small agency to one of the leaders of the industry, a trusted technology partner to Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations around the world.

As CEO, Vitaly is the driving force behind the company’s strategy and business development activities. He is actively promoting Intellias as a speaker and panelist at high-profile industry events.

Vitaly is a strong supporter of educational and cultural initiatives and has great appreciation for contemporary art.

Michael Puzrakov

Executive Chairman, Co-founder

Michael is a co-founder of Intellias and serves as the company’s Executive Chairman. A business leader with 20 years of experience in growth strategy and organizational transformation, he has helped to grow Intellias from infancy to a leader in the IT industry.

He leads Intellias together with a partner orchestrating new and balanced ways of creating value for the clients and partners globally.

Among Michael’s areas of expertise are business development and strategic projects, corporate governance and change adoption, capital allocation, investment growth, and digitally enabled business transformation.

Michael is also an active angel investor and advisor to startups and product companies with early investments in growth through innovation.
He is a founding member of Lviv Tech Angels and a supervisory board member of Lviv IT Cluster.
