As the head of PMO, Oleksiy leads the strategic transformation at Intellias to optimize the implementation, automation and execution of engineering delivery processes. He works closely with CEOs, CDOs and VPs and shares best practices through the Delivery Management Center of Excellence. 

With 20 years of engineering experience in industries that include telecom, iGaming, automotive and eCommerce, Oleksiy has spent the last decade focusing on change management, business transformation and PMO consulting. He loves analyzing client challenges and crafting solutions that align software engineering and project management processes with industry standards, corporate strategies and best possible delivery outcomes.

Oleksiy holds an MS in Engineering from the Otto-von-Guericke University and is a visiting lecturer at the KSE Graduate Business School.  He started a doctorate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bordeaux in 2024.
