Entrepreneur and business leader Vitaly started his career in the mid-1990s by joining a small group of local IT industry pioneers.
He co-founded Intellias in 2002 and has grown the company from a small agency to one of the leaders of the industry, a trusted technology partner to Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations around the world.

As CEO, Vitaly is the driving force behind the company’s strategy and business development activities. He is actively promoting Intellias as a speaker and panelist at high-profile industry events.

Vitaly is a strong supporter of educational and cultural initiatives and has great appreciation for contemporary art.

Michael is a co-founder of Intellias and serves as the company’s Executive Chairman. A business leader with 20 years of experience in growth strategy and organizational transformation, he has helped to grow Intellias from infancy to a leader in the IT industry.

He leads Intellias together with a partner orchestrating new and balanced ways of creating value for the clients and partners globally.

Among Michael’s areas of expertise are business development and strategic projects, corporate governance and change adoption, capital allocation, investment growth, and digitally enabled business transformation.

Michael is also an active angel investor and advisor to startups and product companies with early investments in growth through innovation.
He is a founding member of Lviv Tech Angels and a supervisory board member of Lviv IT Cluster.

Andriy is an entrepreneur, experienced executive, and visionary technology leader putting forward a holistic approach to tech innovation within a business context. Throughout his career path of over 20 years, he has been driving technology-related strategy and operations for enterprises across the automotive, financial services, transportation, telecom, and other industries.

In his current role, Andriy leads the Intellias delivery organization, including company’s engineering centers, industry practices, technology office, technology consulting, engineering excellence and PMO. Andriy’s organization successfully runs a portfolio of hundreds of simultaneous projects and programs for clients in Western Europe, UK, North America and Middle East.

Being a member of the company’s C-level suite, Andriy contributes to Intellias strategy which is focused on sustainable business growth by providing superior client value and co-innovation.

Vasile is a Senior Partner and Investment Committee Member at Horizon Capital, a CEE-focused private equity fund with over $1.1bn in assets under management, and a minority investor in Intellias. Horizon Capital’s mission is centered on backing visionary entrepreneurs, running high-growth businesses in the Emerging Europe region.

Prior to becoming an investor, Vasile worked in strategy consulting and corporate development with Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) and Philips in Amsterdam.

Vasile received an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School and holds a master’s and bachelor’s in Public Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

During his MBA, he founded and led Ovuline (now Ovia Health, acquired by LabCorp), a Boston-based startup which grew to become a leading player in the digital health space.
