NN/g training and the group’s UX certification program provide an in-depth study of crucial UX topics and effective UX techniques. Nielsen Norman Group is an American computer user interface and user experience consulting firm founded in 1998 by Danish web usability consultant Jacob Nielsen and American author and researcher Don Norman. Their work includes analysis of the interface of Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system as well as analyses of the UX of mobile devices (like iPad) and intranets.
