Associate Dean of Degree Programs & Operations at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management

Greg serves as the Associate Dean, Degree Programs and Operations for Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since April 2020, where he oversees the portfolio of degree program student life operations, admissions, global program offerings, career management and academic experience. Prior to his recent appointment, Greg served as the Associate Dean of the Executive MBA Global Network for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He joined Kellogg in 2013 after four years at the University of Maryland to lead the US and international partnerships for Kellogg’s Executive MBA that inspire students on campuses across the globe. His role spans recruitment, academics, student experience, operations and financial management in serving over 1,000 students per year. Prior to his time at the University of Maryland, Greg spent 20 years in the telecom industry with Verizon, including international assignments in Eastern Europe and Asia. Greg’s professional experience included roles in strategy, marketing, sales strategy and leadership. Greg co-launched a German-US design agency in Shanghai in 2006 and served as a board director until January 2019.

Michael Labate

Michael Labate brings over 20 years of technology marketing and sales expertise to Intellias. He is a seasoned professional in establishing profitable revenue-enabling and revenue-generating business activities for private and publicly traded companies, focusing on digital strategy, innovation, go-to-market, and operational excellence. Michael is a collaborative and multicultural leader with strong emotional intelligence that can manage geographically dispersed teams to execute a vision. Michael joined Intellias from SAP, where he was recognized for helping the company gain ROI on its global Social Selling investment across 15,000 employees. Michael Labate is passionate about enabling digital transformation. He is excellent at developing and managing digital advertising lead-generating business activities that help companies create and drive new revenue streams. Michael Labate has also held the position of CEO of a software development outsourcing company for ten years, supporting midsize and large enterprise clients like Citrix, Motorola, JM Family Enterprises, Firehouse Subs, Zimmerman Advertising, and many more. Mr. Labate has an undergraduate degree in Business from Penn State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
