Company that operates on different world markets created multilingual web-site (7 languages). The operations with text translations and changes were held using standard MS Office tools.

Company was looking for translating web site content into 2 more languages. The problem was to give translators context of translations, because without context the quality of translations was not good enough for a company, which put main emphasis into quality of its services

Solution

Intellias has developed web based software program to make web site translations within context of the website.

The translators are able to make changes and translations, adding and deleting items, accessing the system remotely. Remote access allows to involve editors from any country and work in one software environment. Managers of the website can than track translators' work, calculate statistics and approve or reject the translations.

The program gives possibility for both the management to reduce resources needed for web site content management and for the translators to do their job with higher quality.
